Position Overview
The Office Principal (OP) serves as the strategic, operational, and business development leader for Headway’s projects in Arizona and the southwest region. This role is accountable for the region’s profit and loss (P&L) performance, market growth, client engagement, and staff development.
This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in building high-performing teams, cultivating long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Office Principal will play a pivotal role in expanding our Arizona/SW footprint by leading business development efforts, supporting strategic hiring, and overseeing project delivery while maintaining Headway Environmental’s commitment to quality and innovation.
