Clean Water Act (CWA) Permits

Our team includes former state-level regulators with extensive experience with CWA Section 404 Permits and 401 Water Quality Certifications. We are experts in the Nationwide Permit process and how to minimize project delays due to permitting schedules. We also have experience in Section 9 and 10 permitting (per the Rivers and Harbors Act).

National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Compliance
